Basically, if you do not have one, you should think about buying one or two. Having two makes life a lot easier in the BackYard for extended smoking. Each box comes pre-filled with the exact amount of Kiawe wood chips from Hawaii that I use when cooking one pork roast, four nice sized t-bones or eight boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Enjoy!
